Promising Indians Awards To PIOs

India and Mauritius share an excellent bilateral relationship and there is need to develop synergies for better outcomes in fields of education, agriculture, infrastructure and real estate, said Prerna Singh, President of Promising Indians’ Society. She was addressing an Awards ceremony titled- 'Promising Indian Society (Pis) Gala Night' which was attended by several social entrepreneurs, politicians and social media influencers at PSOI, Delhi. The event saw special felicitation to Persons of Indian origins from diverse fields.
Eminent personalities and dignitaries gathered at the PSOI, Chanakyapuri for the Promising Indian Society (Pis) Gala Night. Social entrepreneurs, politicians, social media influencers were part of the awards ceremony. The awards ceremony was a tribute to the unconditional contribution by professionals and entrepreneurs and felicitated exceptional social entrepreneurs who are beyond role play. The delegates from Canada, Mauritius, United Kingdom, USA, Nigeria and Libya were present during the awards ceremony. The Promising Indians’ Society is the brainchild of Ms Prerna Singh, a dynamic individual aiming to felicitate people of Indian Origin for their outstanding contribution and deep commitment to bringing a difference in the lives of numerous individuals seeking to grow and aspire. PIS received a total of 125 nominations from across the globe for various categories of awards vis a vis Business and Entrepreneurship, Social Activism, Science and Technology, Idea and Innovation etc.
Prerna Singh in her opening remarks highlighted the importance of investing in India. Hosting large delegation from Mauritius headed by Dr. Harrish Bheemul, she said that India and Mauritius share an excellent bilateral relationship. She focused on the need to develop synergies for better outcomes in fields of education, agriculture, infrastructure and real estate.The event saw special felicitation to Persons of Indian origins from diverse fields.
The event saw special felicitation of Dr Acharya Lokesh Muni Ji -who is a social reformer, versatile thinker, writer and poet, Mr Sandeep Marwah -Director of Asian Academy of Film & Television & Asian School of Media Studies, Amitabh Shrivastava, An Artist, Curator & Art Consultant, Ms. Vijaya Bharti, eminent Indian Folk Singer and Raj Bhayani the celebrity surgeon from US. Mr Onkareshwar Pandey, CEO, Diaspora India Media & Communications was also present on the occasion as a special guest.
