Surgical Strike is Not the Solution, Do Targetted Strike
The Solution of Kashmir problem, a long-lasting hurdle with no tangible solution in site till Pakistan stands as a potent threat, does not lie in surgical strikes near the LOC but intensively doing targetted strikes on the terrorist heads in Pakistan's hinterland, and organising / infiltrating gorillas in POK to cut supplies from China and liberating POK.

New Delhi, February 19, 2019: The recent deadliest terrorist attack on the CRPF convoy in Jammu and Kashmir will take several months to cool down the affected families and the country as a whole.
But these type of bloodiest events in the state with President's rule will be an acid test for the ruling Govt to prove their worth in the election year.
The big question remains, are the adversaries strategizing any tactical political move against the established popular Government in India like the Russians are suspected to have done in the US.
If that be so, we should be ready to face such more spectacular terrorist attacks in the run up to the Parliament elections not only in Kashmir valley but also in the hinterland.
The terrorism acts have been continuing unabated since 30 years. In spite of huge losses faced by the terrorist outfits and security forces the momentum if faded a bit in between it was because of huge international pressure on Pakistan but these ups and downs are not new for them.
Tracing back the historic Mumbai or Delhi Parliament attacks nothing happens to countries like Pakistan as they have been living with it over so many years and the terrorist chiefs involved in those attacks are openly roaming around in Pakistan.
This will go like this as we believe in forgetting all such tbings after some time and will be very apt in making assessments and analysis for budgetary purposes while the aggrieved families will cool down after ex-gratia payments from several political corners gaining popularity among voters.

The CRPF or ITBP soldiers have been fighting valiantly against all odds in terrorist prone areas as Para-military force. However, the tag of police given in their name appears to make them a bit weak in anti-terrorist operations unlike the BSF or SSB.
