WORK ON YOUR WEAKNESSES
With each passing day work, we should work on our weaknesses, and even a small contribution to our goal will bring us closer and make the journey exciting and give clarity to our aim. The more close we are, the more reflection on happiness it will bring to our heart.
SMALL CONTRIBUTION CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Sometimes we are surrounded by our priorities which we say our responsibilities, do not just giveup seeing them. We still have a desire for a goal and objective in our life and work towards it. It would be best if we are persistence. Even if it is a dull, lazy day, also if it is a day we are tired and sick, work for an hour on it as our daily chorus. It will bring all together with different energy which will keep us moving.
Confidence and urge to achieve something in life comes with our efforts and a little practice on it. With each passing day of lockdown, there is a fear of losing on things in life, fear of un-stability, fear of unemployment, fear of competition, fear of time, fear of losing on money, fear of life, fear of losing self-control, fear of losing relationships. There is no reason we need to worry about what if and what will happen? Just Balance – whatever the situation is or will be – keep balancing.
It is the time where we can prove our mettle. Do what is best for our family and us in the current situation without bothering much about the future. Just creating stress environment around ourself and our family will bring anxiety and low immunity which will create worse situations. Act on what is in control.
INVOLVE PEOPLE, TRUST THE PROCESS
It is always good to enjoy our own company and follow our own choices but still if we are confused? Over time I realized that it is good to involve our family and discuss our concerns with our partner and our kids. We will be amazed to see different perceptions, opinions and even some objections which will be eye-openers. Here we get a completely different perspective, and we can work on the areas which now we have known.
SHARE YOUR HEART
Sometimes people like to keep things to them, and then they keep pitying themselves and also want others to understand that they are only one burdened. However, it is always good that our entire family understands our obligations and responsibilities towards work. It will develop a sense of responsibility and understanding of each other.
ESTABLISH LIMITS & BOUNDARIES BETWEEN WORK AND FAMILY
The people who are currently working from home, it is also good to keep fair margins between our work life and family life where we are not to bring work in our family time and family in our work time, which will keep us on toes and happy. Also, along with this, we can pull out some moments of "me time" where its good to give clarity at both work and family. This "me time" will provide you with more focus and help things manage correctly in life.
NO PERFECT FORMULA
The dilemma of balancing family and work has no easy solution. There is no one size- fits all approach. Every person and family must find some specific solutions to their issues depending on there preferences and needs. However, a balance between work and family occurs when a person can sufficiently meet family responsibilities and adequately perform the obligation at work.
There is nothing wrong with working hard to gain some of the more beautiful things in life, but one should also not forget the worth of things and people that matter the most.
So live the life to the fullest and enjoy all the small joys of life. These bundle of joys will be our treasures and keep us positive and live. Start enjoying what we own and possess. There is no perfect life, this is the one, and we have to keep balancing with a smile.
