Mohan Bhagwat to Lecture Rahul on RSS’ perspective of Future Bharat

New Delhi, August 27: One Day after the Congress President Rahul Gandhi’s criticism to RSS and comparing it with Islamic radical outfit Muslim Brotherhood, the Sangh today indicated to invite Gandhi too in a three-day lecture series on “Future of Bharat: RSS’ perspective”.
The RSS, an ideological mentor of BJP, was the focus of Rahul Gandhi's attack during his recent visit abroad. In June this year, Congress veteran and former president Pranab Mukherjee attended an event at the RSS headquarters in Nagpur on the Sangh's invitation, for which he was criticised by the party leaders.
Shri Mohan Bhagwat, the RSS’ Sarsanghachalak will address and interact with a select audience comprising prominent citizens on “Future of Bharat: An RSS’ perspective” in a three-day lecture series. This will be held at Vigyan Bhavan in New Delhi from September 17 to September 19, 2018, Shri Arun Kumar, All India Publicity Chief (Akhil Bharatiya Prachar Pramukh) of RSS (Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh) announced in Delhi on Monday.
Giving details of the three day lecture series in September, RSS prachar pramukh Arun Kumar said the Sangh was for the first time organising a three-day lecture series of its chief Mohan Bhagwat on this theme.
"Bhagwatji will address and interact with a select audience comprising prominent citizens on 'Future of Bharat: An RSS perspective' in this three-day lecture series," Kumar said.
“Today, Bharat is moving ahead towards regaining her special and unique position in the World among the galaxy of nations. At the same time the RSS is realizing that there is a growing eagerness amongst larger sections of the society including the intellectuals and the youth to know and understand the RSS’ perspective on various issues of national importance,” Kumar said.
“This lecture series has been organized in this context where Sarsanghachalak Shri Mohan Bhagwat ji will present the RSS’ view on various contemporary issues of national importance,” Kumar adds.
